Refund policy

At Sama Beauty, your satisfaction means everything to us. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. The lace must be uncut and the wig must not have been customized or colored in any way.

To start a return, please email us at samabeauty994@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, the item must be returned within 14 days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom orders and colored wigs are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
